How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or make a change, contact our support team as soon as possible at [email protected]. We’ll do everything we can to catch your order before it ships. That said, we move fast so if your order is already in progress, we may not be able to stop it. If that’s the case, don’t worry. We’ll help you with a return or exchange once it arrives.

My package is lost, what do I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived and it looks like it might be lost, please reach out to our support team at [email protected] with your order number and any details you have. We ask that you report any lost packages within 14 days of the expected delivery date. After that timeframe, we may not be able to look into it with the carrier. Once we hear from you, we’ll review the situation and connect with the shipping carrier to investigate. Each case is handled individually. While we don’t offer refunds for lost packages, we’ll work with you to find the best next step.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you have an account, you can also log in anytime to view past orders, check order status, or manage your addresses and saved info.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges on unwashed, unworn items purchased directly from the-stable.com within 30 days of receipt.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Just email our support team at [email protected] with your order details and what you’d like to return or exchange.

Can I return items marked as FINAL SALE?

No. Items marked down on-site before checkout or labeled as ‘FINAL SALE’ are not eligible for return or exchange.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes! As long as it’s unwashed, unworn, and within 30 days of purchase. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send out the new item(s) promptly.

Are shipping fees refundable?

No. If there was a shipping fee on your order, it is non-refundable.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving your return.

How do I create an account?

Do I need an account to shop?

Nope! But creating one makes it easier to track orders, save favorites, and check out faster.
