We ask that you report any lost packages within 14 days of the expected delivery date. After that timeframe, we may not be able to look into it with the carrier. Once we hear from you, we’ll review the situation and connect with the shipping carrier to investigate. Each case is handled individually. While we don’t offer refunds for lost packages, we’ll work with you to find the best next step.
